Healthium Medtech Limited, a global medical equipment company focused on surgery, surgery, and care for chronic diseases, today announced the launch of its latest manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad.
The facility, which is owned by Uteshiya Medicare, is located on the Rohisa Industrial Estate and is licensed by Healtium Medtech to produce its wide range of Arthroscopy products advertised under the brand “Sironix”.
CDSCO certified facility is distributed over 70,000 sq ft. Healtium Medtech is the largest medical company in India and is the second-largest company in the world, in the market for surgical instruments, manufacturer of the world’s largest non-surgical needles, volume, and third-largest market in the UK urology collection market.
From March 31, 2021, one in five surgeries were performed worldwide, using Healtium product. Healthium Medtech currently operates in all eight integrated production facilities, several of which are licensed and licensed worldwide including the US FDA, CE, ISO, and TGA.
Of these, located in India are located in Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and now in Gujarat, and one in China.
Healthium is a Class III medical device enterprise in India to achieve US FDA registration.
The Ahmedabad area was opened by Shri. Arjunsinh Chauhan, Honorable Minister of Housing and Rural Development.

Arthroscopy accounts for 15-17% of total bone marrow transplantations performed in India and is one of the fastest-growing bone marrow transplants.
The volume of arthroscopy procedures performed will almost triple in the next 5-6 years. The key drivers of growth processes include the growing foundation of arthroscopy centers and practicing specialists.
