HYDERABAD, India – November 6, 2024 – Hitachi Vantara, the data storage, infrastructure, and hybrid cloud management subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE: 6501), proudly marks the fifth anniversary of its Global Development and Delivery Center (GDDC) in Hyderabad, a milestone that highlights the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional IT services to over 300 customers worldwide. The center has been instrumental in driving innovation and enhancing Hitachi Vantara’s global service capabilities across multiple industries.
Over the past five years, the center has consistently delivered exceptional services and innovative solutions with a 100% delivery success rate, showcasing its strategic value to clients. It holds industry certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and ISO 22301, ensuring the highest standards of service, security, and quality management.
The center has become a hub for talent development and operational excellence, providing specialized services for Hitachi Vantara products as well as multi-vendor solutions in storage, file, content, data protection, and hybrid cloud.
With 90% of Hitachi Vantara’s managed services delivered through GDDC to large enterprise customers, the center is positioned to drive digital transformation and meet the evolving market demands.
