Motorcycle and scooter manufacturer Honda India has rolled out a new campaign aimed at the launch of Honda CB Unicorn 160. It is Dentsu Marcom that has conceptualized this ad film. The main objective of this campaign is to strengthen its overall presence, and to increase its market share in the 150 cc to 180 cc segment.
The firm features a rider on his Honda CB Unicorn 160 that not only looks good, but also makes the rider also good. As the rider speeds up with his bike, he sees a little boy riding a bicycle on a baylane. The boy starts speeding up his cycle and chases the bike rider. After seeing the boy racing against him, the protagonist slows down his Unicorn 160 to let the boy go ahead of him. The boy does so and celebrates his victory. Seeing this, the bike rider smiles and rides way. At the end of the ad film, a voiceover says, “It’s not just how you look. It’s also what you do.” The film also has a message reading, ‘Looks Good. Is Good.’
Regarding this, YS Guleria, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India claimed that the TVC is pictured beautifully to convey the elegance of the CB Unicorn 160, and also stresses on the personality of the rider. He added that the Unicorn lineup of bikes has been reputed for its reliability and performance in the category of 150 cc to 180 cc. The latest offering is claimed to redefine the vendor’s ability in the category with its superior performance, differentiated style and best in class mileage that are achieved with the Honda Eco Technology.
Also, Titus Upputuru, National Creative Director, Dentsu Marcom claimed that the new CB Unicorn 160 not only looks good, but it is also good naturally. The entire CB unicorn lineup is solid and reliable, and the latest offering adds new looks and 160 cc engine power as well. This way, the CB Unicorn 160 assures to be more attractive for consumers, and it makes a great offering in the segment.
