Hyundai going to launch a new model Hyundai Alcazar on June 17

The largest South Korean automotive manufacturer company Hyundai is going to launch a new model Hyundai Alcazar on June 17 in India. As per the sources, Hyundai Motor’s strategy to launch its new three-row seat SUV later this month.

Despite the fact, the date might be moved further or delayed by one or two days, it entirely depends on the situation of lockdown restrictions in the country. The primary aim would be behind the launch of Hyundai Alcazar at the MG hector Plus, Tata Safari and the forthcoming Mahindra XUV700 will also make rivalry into the same segment.

The Alcazar contributes to the smaller Creta SUV. Although, it available with bit different engine options. The diesel version will consume the same 1.5-liter turbocharged engine as the Creta, which produces similar 115hp and 250Nm of torque. But, the petrol engine is slightly higher 2.0-liter unit brings from the bigger Tucson. While we talking about Alcazar, it produces 159hp of engine and 192Nm of torque. The duo engine will be available with 6-speed manual and automatic transmission options.

While the Alcazar will take much better bits as compared to Creta and elevate the offering. It has developed to offer a 2,760mm long wheelbase. If we make the comparison as from Creta, it is 150-mm more than that. It is also the longest in its section as compared to the Safari and Hector Plus. Hyundai would propose the Alcazar with a 7-seat arrangement, or a 6-seat captain seat middle section with a center console.

 This will appear with an exciting 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Hyundai Bluelink like the Creta, wireless smartphone charging pads in the first and second row of seats, as well as comprehensive sunroof including the additional features.

The Alcazar is just the base of Creta but its customized touches will make it different. The deluging front grille obtains the shape of the one on the Creta but will come in a unique chrome-scattered design. It will 18-inch alloy wheels based which is larger than the Creta. Whereas, at the backside, it has been developed a more upright tailgate and the LED tail lamps in the amended form.

Now, let us talk about the important part of this new model. Hyundai will commence the prices of the Alcazar eventually this month. Then, we will able to know its competitor’s price- Hector Plus, Safari, and forthcoming XUV700. It is predicted that the price of Alcazar may between Rs 14 lakh to Rs 19 lakh (ex-showroom).
