Hyundai announces social media contest ‘Lamp On Challenge’

Hyundai, the country’s first smart mobility solutions provider has recently launched a new social media contest called ‘Lamp On Challenge’ for its customers. All Customers have to do is take a picture showing the car rear with brake lamps On. The number plate of the car should be covered with a finger heart and post it on their social media account also tagging Hyundai India. The hashtag for the contest goes #HyundaiLampOn_India.

Hyundai Motor India Ltd., India’s largest exporter since inception has brought a unique contest- ‘Lamp On Challenge’ on their social media handles for the customers. This contest is aimed at educating customers about the importance of brake lights, making them aware of it and its main role to prevent accidents. The contest has begun on 16th July and will go on till 31st July 2020.

Tarun Garg, Director, Sales and Marketing service in Hyundai on speaking about this initiative said that, Hyundai has always tried to spread awareness about the importance of maintaining car and safety to educate and encourage behavioral change in the masses. The ‘Lamp On Challenge’ is a digital contest focused on being a true word or announcement for the masses”.

To participate in the contest the participants need to follow three steps, the first step is to click a picture with a car showing the car rear and cover lamps and covering the number plate of the car with a finger heart. After clicking these pictures they should post it on social media accounts tagging @HyundaiIndia along with two friends using both #Hyundai and #LampOn_India. Out of all the entries, the top 100 entries will be selected as lucky winners of the contest and will be awarded exciting prizes.
