Fennel Infused Gin | 45 ml |
Coconut Milk | 90 ml |
Maple Syrup | 30 ml |
Cinnamon Powder | 1 tbsp |
Method
- Infuse your gin with fennel by adding a few fennel seeds. Let it sit for at least 24 hours to allow the flavours to meld.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the fennel infused gin, coconut milk, and maple syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
- Pour the mixture into a coupe glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
