In a short span of 9 years, she has revolutionized flexible workspaces in the country and has scaled IndiQube to surpass 100+ Properties in 13 cities with 7.7 Mn+ Sq.ft of office space. Meghna has a 18.92% equity share in IndiQube and the company has registered a total income of INR 867.6 Cr in FY24 with a Cash EBIT of INR 113.3 Cr. This marks a significant milestone in the flexible workspace industry and reinforces Meghna’s belief that profitability at scale is not a pipe dream, even as global peers struggled to stay afloat.
Today, marquee clients like Myntra, upGrad, Zerodha, NoBroker, RedBus, Juspay, MG, Perfios, Enphase, Mettler Toledo, ninjacart, Seimens, Elanco, Allegis, meero, Visionet, G2, nference, Quest Global amongst many others have chosen IndiQube as their preferred workspace partner.
Starting her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 25, Meghna has ventured into multiple industries including manufacturing, HR consulting and commercial real estate as a Cofounder for UltraFine Minerals, HirePro & IndiQube. She is an angel investor in companies like Brick & Bolt, Autocracy Machinery, Third Wave Coffee Roasters and is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a global leadership community of chief executives.
Despite the pandemic hitting the real estate industry harder than most, numerous initiatives led by Meghna including aggressive technology adoption, reimagining the product lines in the new normal and embracing the Hybrid Workplace designs made sure that IndiQube thrives in the post COVID era and expands into newer markets.
Meghna’s achievements have been recognized with several awards including her being featured amongst “Shepreneurs Women to Watch” in 2023 by Entrepreneur Media, winning the “Women Entrepreneur of the Year” Award at Startup Awards 2021 & ‘Young Achievers Award’ for excellence in Real Estate by ET Now. She along with Rishi Das was also recognized, (i) as emerging thought icons by Economic Times Power Icons 2020 and (ii) amongst the ‘Power Couples’ by the Entrepreneur Media in their March 2022 edition. She was recognized in the list of women entrepreneurs of India and businesses on the rise in 2021 by the Startup Reporter. She was also featured as one of the most influential women entrepreneurs in India in the Indian Startup News. She was selected amongst the 100 Wonder Women in India for 2022 by the Indian Television. She was featured in the list of top 10 innovative business leaders by India Today.
Under Meghna’s leadership, IndiQube has been listed among Forbes DGEMS 2023 as one of the select 200 companies with global business potential and have been recognized as a “Future Ready Organization” by the Economic Times in 2023. Financial Times has listed IndiQube among ‘Asia-Pacific High-Growth Companies’ for four consecutive years from 2020 to 2023.
