Chennai, 27.04.2023: Today, SHG Camp is conducted by Indian Overseas Bank, Chennai-I and Chennai-II Regions. In the Camp, a total of 47 beneficiary SHG groups have been sanctioned Credit linkage worth Rs.227.40 Lacs.
In addition to the SHG, the Camp also witnessed sanctions under Government sponsored PMSVANIDHI Scheme as well as under other MSME schemes of our Bank. A total of 91 PMSVANIDHI beneficiaries are handed over sanction letters for amount totaling Rs.17.30 Lacs, while under general MSME category, 18 beneficiaries have been sanctioned loans amounting to Rs.778.00 Lacs.
Consolidated Demand Drafts under each category i.e. SHG, PMSVANIDHI & General MSME were handed over to the beneficiaries by CRM Mr. Davender Kumar (Chennai-I) and CRM Mr. Amit Kumar Shukla (Chennai-II). Individual sanction letters were also distributed to the beneficiaries by them. The main guest for the SHG camp was TNULM Official Mr. Ravi. It was also attended by IOB AGMs Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh, Mr. Niranjan Kumar & Mr. Ramesh Kumar Karn and Chennai District LDM Mr. Varun Deepak R. and Branch Heads.*The Camp exhibited the commitment of Indian Overseas Bank towards serving the nation and its citizens at all times!*
