Indian Revival Group presented, 'PANCH PRAN' at Jan Bharat Rang Mahotsav

 Jan Bharat Rang Mahotsav 2024, organized by the Ministry of Culture and National School of Drama, is celebrating 25 years of Bharat Rang Mahotsav. Indian Revival Group staged its new production depicting, ‘PANCH PRAN’ on Wednesday, February 21st, 2024 at Jan Bharat Rang Mahotsav for Bougain Villa Apartments Residents Association, Delhi at Gazebo Park, Sector B, Pocket 3, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

Indian Revival Group‘s directors and choreographers, Shashidharan Nair and Papiha Desai, directed and created production, ‘PANCH PRAN’, which was performed by ten artistes of the Indian Revival Group. In this presentation, the five pledges – the goal of a developed India, removing any trace of colonial mindset, taking pride in our roots, unity and the sense of duty among the citizens – were beautifully depicted.

Indian Revival Group is a premier dance-drama ensemble of India which has been presenting and promoting the Cultural Heritage of India in India and abroad for the last 75 yearsIndian Revival Group‘s founder Guru Shri Yog Sundar Desai has been honored with the National Award.

Papiha Desai said, “Indian Revival Group is feeling very proud and excited to present this new production Panch Pran for Jan Bharat Rang Mahotsav 2024, which will also be telecast live at NSD premises.

Shashidharan Nair said, “It was a different and wonderful experience to choreograph and direct this thematic production based on a contemporary theme.
