Global brands line up products for India

International brands are targeting emerging markets like India in the midst of economic crisis in big consumer markets like Europe.  Brands like Marks & Spencer, Tom Ford and S Oliver are launching products customized to fit the needs of Indian consumers. The increase in disposable income of Indian employed sector is the key factor attracting these global luxury brands to offer Indian market specific products. For example, Marks and Spencer rolled out premium diamond studded cuff-links for Rs 5 lakhs.
