He explains about how it is directly related to living a healthy, blissful and joyous life.

All of us are lead to believe that gymming, yoga, a disciplined lifestyle and the right diet are the keys to a healthy and happy life.
We’ll, that’s actually not the case.
Perhaps not many people understand that having good and positive thoughts, & good karma too has a direct relationship with a healthy life. Regarding the same, Bijay says, and we quote,
“Well, all of us would like to be healthy. Some of us work out, some do yoga while some play outdoor sports. Of course, there’s also that segment of people who do absolutely nothing and that has a direct consequence on their health.
However, the people who are actually putting in the effort to eat organic food and do the right things for fitness and wellness sometimes find themselves in a spot of bother in terms of skin issues, arthritis, diabetes and all sorts of diseases. They wonder why they aren’t healthy inspite of doing everything right.
Well, what most people don’t realize is that health is also a direct consequence of your mind and your karmas. To begin with the mind, if it has a lot of ’tamas’ in mind, be it due to a lot of non-veg food, alcohol, smoking etc, the body becomes toxic. In that case, no matter how much you work out or do the right things, you will never really be truly healthy.
The reason is that there’s so much tamas and acid in your body that it will reject everything that you do.
Also, the toxins in the mind come about from your mindset and thoughts. If your thoughts aren’t positive for yourself and others, you don’t have gratitude etc, your body automatically reacts to that and becomes toxic and tamasic.”
He added,
“Another important aspect is the conversation around karmas. Every action that you do is an instance of positive or negative action. With good karma, you get blessings you develop a divine shield that protects you. It guides you and nourishes your soul for a beautiful and happy life.
With bad karma, the curses and negative vibrations that you attract as a result of those actions will destroy you, create an imbalance in your chakras and ruin your peace of mind.
So, you can continue to believe that your efforts to live a healthy and happy life are enough to make that happen.
However, if the mind is tamasic because of how it thinks it will become acidic and you can never be healthy.
That’s exactly the importance of good karmas. Your skin will shine and your smile will spread happiness everywhere.”
Well, such inspiring words from Bijay is certainly set to inspire the youth the right way and will help everyone in understanding the true essence of fitness and good health.
