With over 11 years of culinary expertise, Chef Dinesh brings a wealth of experience from globally renowned hospitality brands, where he has earned a reputation for his exceptional leadership, creativity, and mastery of diverse cuisines.
Chef Dinesh’s journey in the culinary world began in 2004, and his career has seen him work at some of India’s most prestigious hotels, including The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, Taj Exotica Goa, Taj Jai Mahal Palace Jaipur, Grand Hyatt Goa, Sheraton Brigade Bangalore, and Marriott Hotels in Jaipur and Mussoorie. His extensive expertise spans continental, Italian, and multi-cuisine culinary arts, with a notable flair for designing innovative à la carte dishes, elaborate buffet spreads, and personalized banquet menus.
In his new role, Chef Dinesh will lead the culinary team at Novotel Goa Panjim, overseeing menu development, food quality, and guest experiences. His focus will be on delivering innovative, high-quality dishes, while also offering guests an authentic taste of Goa through traditional Goan cuisine. Chef Dinesh’s goal is to ensure that every dining experience reflects Novotel’s commitment to excellence, while showcasing the rich, authentic flavors of Goa. Additionally, he will lead the development of the culinary team and manage food costs, ensuring operational efficiency.
