One of the largest radio networks of India has its new National Head for their upcoming operations, Ishita Dasgupta, who joined Big FM a few years back and has risen to her career getting appointed as the National Head for the Big FM 92.7, keeping that in mind, Big FM has congratulated her on her this success and wishes her for all the upcoming promotions and challenges. As it is known, Big FM is a part of Reliance Broadcast Ltd. Which has a total of 58 stations for the audience.
As a National Head for the Big FM, she is being assigned to carry forward her operations over the digital and business growth, particularly for the West and South divisions. As the growth in there is subaerially getting low on numbers from the business point of view. She is being specialized in the field of media as a professional for the past 17 years. With this prior experience, Dasgupta has a specialization in handling cross-functional projects and teams in the field of revenue management and brand management.
She has previous experience working with Print TV and TV media companies like TV9, and ABP Networks. Now, here in Big FM, her role would have a versatility of work, one of which includes advancing Big FM’s digital and business model across the radio network. This will take the radio network to achieve some of the great aspects of an assignment that is yet to be revealed by Big FM. In a tweet that is being received from Big FM’s official Twitter handle, “Ishita joins us at an opportune time as Big FM endeavors to re-write its digital story, we as a team are very happy to have Ishita onboard.” It seemed that Big FM got their new lead at the national level which will give a rise to their business and digital growth. Dasgupta in a talk with a source said, “I am delighted to join the team at Big FM. As the shifts in the radio pattern is being changing in the market, we would now focus on giving headspace to the emerging niches of the digital space. As a National Head, I will now lead the team to the newer arenas and would scale the revenue and the profits to meet the goals subjected.”
