May 13, 2014: The popularity of pick up cabs in India is more among the commercial enterprises and niche enthusiasts. Now models are being introduced adding aesthetic look to the sturdy engines to increase the popularity of this segment. Isuzu is launching D-Max Space cab, a new model in this space. The Japanese firm is now establishing its manufacturing facility as well as its dealership network in India to improve market research. Powered by a 2.5 litre turbo diesel engine, the cab has a maximum power of 134 Bhp and comes with 5 speed gear unit. 
Immediate competitors: Tata 207, Mahindra Scorpio Getaway
Isuzu hope to beat the competition on both appearance and performance with this new model to gain a better market share in India.
