Jaguar showcases XFR-S super saloon at 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show

Nov 30, 2012: Jaguar unveiled its XFR-S super saloon powered with 5.0 litre V8 petrol engine at 2012 Los Angeles Auto show. The super saloon has an eight speed gearbox and churns out 550 PS of power. Jaguar has named the technology which they have incorporated for eight speed gear box as ‘Quickshift’ technology and it has been specially developed for the F-Type cars. The XFR-S which has got 680Nm of torque can take on from 0-100 km/h in 4.4 seconds and can achieve a top speed of 300 km/hr. The car has got pretty attractive features that will definitely attract the car buyers.
