Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (KMBL) has launched a multi-media marketing campaign to spread the word about Kotak Home Loans, which start at an incredible 6.5 percent* per year, one of the lowest in the industry. TV, online, and outdoor media are all part of the omnichannel and multilingual campaign.

KMBL has also put a localized flavor to its social media campaign by partnering with several well-known and popular local social media influencers in order to increase engagement with viewers across the country.

The campaign, which includes short movies with a dash of fun, is designed to promote KMBL’s distinctive home loan proposition. On social media, KMBL has teamed with regionally influential content creators to spread the word about its surprisingly low home loan rate across the country.

Aparshakti Khurana, Shraddha, a digital creative, and actor Swapnil Joshi, who have loyal followings in Hindi, Kannada, and Marathi, respectively, have joined the team. Out-of-home (OOH) advertising will also be used to promote the campaign, with a variety of hoardings designed to simply highlight the rate’s surprise aspect.

“The Festive season has just begun, and it is the perfect time to forge fresh beginnings,” Elizabeth Venkataraman, Joint President – Consumer, Commercial & Wealth Marketing, Kotak Mahindra Bank, said.

We are empowering home purchasers to turn their aspirations into reality with our one-of-a-kind 6.5 percent* p.a. interest rate on home loans.

The goal of our campaign is to establish the unexpected effect that Kotak’s 6.5 percent * p.a. interest rate is having on the market in a humorous, quirky, but clear way, making it a pleasant and relevant campaign.

We’ve added a strong regional flavor to our advertising plan to guarantee that we reach out to consumers across the country. We worked with regional influencers on the internet, and the TVCs and OOH campaigns are available in many languages.”

The three commercials, Bomb Squad, Tattoo, and Wedding Cake, will be broadcast in seven languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil on television and leading web networks.

English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Kannada are among the languages used in outdoor campaigns. Aparshakti Khurana, Swapnil Joshi, Anjana Rangan, Shraddha, and Jahnavi Dasetty’s social media videos may be found here.

The special 6.5 percent * p.a. home loan rate offer expires on November 8, 2021. The policy repo rate of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is used as a benchmark for Kotak Home Loans.
