75 Poshan Recipes for children and women are being introduced throughout all Vedanta Nand Ghars as part of the celebration of “Poshan Maah 2022” by the Anil Agarwal Foundation (AAF), the charitable arm of India’s largest diversified natural resources corporation, Vedanta Limited. Project Nand Ghar, the core initiative of the AAF, seeks to increase the nutritional component with these 75 wholesome meals.
In addition to addressing the nutritional requirements of pregnant and Nand Ghar, an organization that supports breastfeeding mothers, aims to eradicate all forms of malnutrition, including stunting and infant wasting.
The 75 Recipes of Poshan campaign is in keeping with Nand Ghar’s mission to “achieve good health via proper food for all.” The campaign attempts to increase public awareness of the wide variety of nutritious foods available throughout India that are appealing to “local taste,” and excellent for the health of youngsters and expectant women.
In his most recent message to the nation, the honorable prime minister spoke to Poshan Maah, which is observed in September. The prime minister noted in his address that September is “committed to festivals as well as a substantial campaign tied to nutrition.” He also stated that “efforts for social awareness play an essential part in solving the difficulties of malnutrition,” underscoring the need for awareness and group action.

This is in keeping with PM Modi’s commitment to remove malnutrition from the country. These 75 Poshan recipes were carefully created while considering wholesome components that would appeal to rural areas’ palates. Poshan Maah, which is observed every September, aims to increase nutritional content, distribution, outreach, and results by implementing a comprehensive, coordinated plan. renewed emphasis on creating practices that promote health, wellness, and immunity to disease and fight malnutrition in the nation.
