Lizaa Malik is loved and respected in the Indian entertainment industry not just because of the talent and potential that she brings to the table but a lot more. More than anything else, she’s known to be a good human being who’s also a big-time animal lover and well, that certainly speaks volumes of her compassionate heart. She’s a humongous animal lover and well, the way she adores and nurtures her own ‘fur baby’ Emma is the biggest validation of that.  From getting Emma’s face inked to dedicating a part of her address plate to her by calling it ‘Emma House’, she’s done many adorable things to win hearts. However, this time, what’s most heartwarming is that she’s come out in the open to take a stand for all other animals around. Yes, that’s right.
Every year during Holi, we see certain individuals colouring animals. While some do it out of love and compassion without knowing the harmful effects of it for animals, some do it purposely in an inhuman way just to trouble animals. While taking a stand for the voiceless, Lizaa expressed her opinion strongly and netizens are loving it. She said and we quote,
“Every year, this menace happens and I am fed up with the way people need to be schooled and taught. While some people genuinely need to be educated, some people do it just for fun as their guilty pleasure is to trouble the voiceless. While I am very happy to educate the ignorant, my blood boils when I think of those who do it purely to trouble the innocent animals. As an individual and responsible citizen of this country, all I can say is that please keep your celebrations limited to just yourself, your family or friends. The animals have got nothing to do with Holi and neither have they asked you to involve them. So, please kindly keep them limited to yourself. I am not against anyone celebrating the festival. Please celebrate and have fun. Just kindly ensure the animals are safe as they have done nothing wrong to deserve any kind of wrong treatment. The least we can do is be compassionate to them. That’s literally all they need from our end. Thanks and wishing everyone a very Happy Holi.”
Well, kudos to Lizaa for coming out in the open in favour of the voiceless and raising her voice to protect the animals in order to take care of their safety. This speaks volumes of the kind of person she is and we truly hail her for the same. Stay tuned for more updates.
