Shayondeep Pal has recently joined Lowe Lintas as a Regional Creative Officer. Shayon will be based in the agency’s Bangalore office and will be in charge of some of the agency’s flagship brands in the South. He was most recently the creative director for Surf Excel, Wheel, Vim, UltraTech, and Nestle EveryDay.
Shayon’s advertising career began roughly 24 years ago, when he landed a job as a trainee writer at McCann-Erickson after completing a post-graduate study in journalism at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication.
Between 2008 and 2015, he worked for Lowe Lintas Delhi on some of the company’s most prominent brands, including Micromax, OLX, Hindustan Times, Havells, and Maruti-Suzuki. Lowe Lintas has received multiple honours under his direction, including the prestigious Cannes Lions and Effies, among others. He has previously worked for Grey Group on brands such as Halonix, Dominos, and Greenlam, as well as Network Advertising as its CCO. He also started Amorphous Films, which he used to work on brands such as Quikr, Havells, Gionee, and Aegon Life.

Shayon’s new role will see him improve the creative output of the agency’s Bangalore branch, which works on brands such as Tanishq, Swiggy, Unacademy, and Fastrack. The Bangalore branch of the agency has always produced amazing work that is ahead of its time, bold, and forward-thinking. Shayon is anticipated to push the agency’s creative boundaries and take it to the next level. Shayon will report to Lowe Lintas’ CCO, Sagar Kapoor.
