June 6, 2014: In a bid to help mobile operators engage more with subscribers and to enhance their service experience, mCarbon Tech Innovation, a value added solutions provider launched an advanced call management mobile application. This advanced call management application which would be very useful to Indian telecom operators will allow them to leverage their existing network infrastructure. The app would offer a competitive telco over the top (OTT) call handling service to the operators and will help them get additional revenues. The other features of this new call management mobile call application from mCarbon include:

- Setting profiles
- SMS screening
- Visual Voicemail
- Phonebook utilities and
- Push notifications
The app would allow the mobile operators to use these value added services along with their main voice service via one interface. The new application which is built on mCarbon’s greenroom platform can be used on any operating system including Windows, Android and iPhone and subscribers can download it through the app stores. The application can be branded by the operators and can be used over Wi-Fi, 3G and LTE mobile networks.
