Mercedes-Benz has unveiled a new “Unlock New Journeys with Mercedes-Benz” consumer campaign. The campaign seeks to communicate with the consumer emotions and encourage them to open themselves, discover new paths, new opportunities and capture the thrill moments of buying a new Mercedes-Benz. It was launched across markets from the first week of September and would continue into the festive period.

As part of the package, the company will be delivering a range of consumer benefits. The C-Class will be available with an EMI from Rs 39,999, while the E-Class will be provided with an EMI from Rs 49,999. The GLC can be used starting in Rs 44,444 with an EMI. Both three versions also offer incentives in the form of a 7.99 per cent interest rate and first-year free protection.

Martin Schwenk, MD & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India said at the start of the campaign, “Customers are at the heart of all our efforts and it remains our goal to pay attention to their expectations and desires and keep them informed about our products and brand offers. The aim of the ‘Unlock with Mercedes-Benz’ campaign is to rekindle customer sentiment by encouraging them to unlock their desires, ambitions and dreams; empowering them to undertake new travels, new roads and explore the new journey with a Mercedes. We are starting this campaign with the goal of unlocking certain facets of the dream of a customer they have missed out on. This campaign would also assist consumers with financial and ownership solutions that have been deliberately designed to ‘unlock’ their expectations and ambitions. We are sure the campaign has convincing options for potential consumers this festive season to take home a wide range of Mercedes-Benz models.”

Founded by Publicis Emil and OMD India-team AMQ, the campaign encourages new beginnings for consumers, unlocks their dreams and recognises their need to own their favourite Mercedes. Unlock with Mercedes-Benz ‘will deliver personalised financial solutions to own a Mercedes-Benz and hit the market from the first week of September, covering upcoming IPL ads, TV, print, internet and social media platforms.

‘Unlock with Mercedes-Benz’ will also be the largest investment drive expected after Mercedes-Benz India’s Auto Expo, which has extended its online distribution network under ‘Merc From Home’ through distributor partners.

Mercedes-Benz will now provide round-the-clock linked safety services for consumers. Any of these functions include malfunction control, ambulance calling services, information calling and me calling services.
