On November 29th and 30th, 2024, at Zeera, the hotel’s signature Indian restaurant the guests will have the rare opportunity to savour the rich and reimagined flavours of South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine, skillfully crafted by the talented Chef Yavhin Siri and Conrad Pune’s Executive Chef – Pradeep Rao.

Starting the experience with the crisp, delicate and earthy welcome Trio of Drinks, non-vegetarian diners can indulge in specialties like Mangrove Crab. The experience concludes on a sweet note with indulgent desserts like Toddy Ice-Cream, offering a memorable finale to the culinary journey. Nadodi, which translates to “nomad” or “wanderer” in Tamil and Malayalam, pays homage to the migratory traditions that shaped the rich culinary heritage of South India and Sri Lanka.
