Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Obligation and disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015, the exchange grants its In-Principle approval to the company’s application for listing & trading its equity shares on the BSE Mainboard Platform in terms of Regulation 277 of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 of the Company.
