Mirchi95’s ‘Sabka Katega’, Campaign quips Appraisal Season

Mirchi, a city-focused music and entertainment company, had launched its ‘Sabka Katega’ campaign, which focused on the dreaded assessment season.

The ‘Sabka Katega’ campaign contains a series of relevant hilarious content focused on working people’s real-life circumstances during corporate performance reviews. Mirchi 95 hopes that by launching this program, it would be able to lift the spirits of its viewers and assist them in coping with the stress that the appraisal season brings.

To kick off the campaign, Mirchi enlisted the help of Alekhya Harika aka Dethadi Alekhya, an actress, ex-Bigg Boss contender, and social media celebrity, as well as writer, director, and storyteller Bhargav Macharla, to create rib-tickling short format content. Alekhya teamed up with two of Mirchi Hyderabad’s most prominent RJs, RJ Shadab and RJ Shezzi, for a delightful collaboration video for Mirchi 95’s Instagram account about “after evaluation blues” that was both funny and realistic.

Mirchi also included a series of bite-sized content pieces that championed a variety of evaluation themes, including expectations vs. realities, superhero bosses, and more. Mirchi RJ Shadab partnered with Abdul Razzak nicknamed Golden Hyderabadiz on a light-hearted take on each other’s professional and personal lives, while his cooperation with Syed Bashaar revealed behind-the-scenes chats about when supervisors meet during assessment season.

Mirchi 95’s on-air listeners appreciated the ‘Sabka Katega’ campaign banter, with Mirchi RJ Shadab actively pushing listeners to call him and share their evaluation experiences.

RJ Shadab’s witty banter with Hyderabad’s corporate executives had listeners hooked to their seats from 5 to 9 p.m. on his show Nakko Shadab, so they didn’t miss any amusing moments. He not only listened to the complaints of the callers, but he also calmed them with his sweet words. Not only that but there’s more! To wrap up the campaign, Mirchi will release ‘Sabka Katega – The Music Video,’ which will feature Mirchi’s RJ Shadab and RJ Shezzi and will hurl truth bombs about corporate assessments.
