MX TakaTak, the short video platform, has announced a replacement initiative for creators – the MX TakaTak Creator Fund to encourage established and emerging creators to make engaging, impactful, and inspiring content on the platform. The fund will deploy INR 1 billion (Rs. 100 crores) for creators. The fund is supposed to support creators of all sizes and backgrounds, rewarding the eagerness and creativity they put into inspiring, engaging, and entertaining the community.
The fund is going to be open for all Indian citizens and creators who consistently post original videos or have unique ideas for content across various categories like sports, fashion, makeup, education, tech, art, entertainment, travel, photography, and more. Once selected, the creators will receive regular rewards for their content supported by various performance criteria like the uniqueness of their content, authenticity, views, engagement, and followers. In addition, a get few aspiring creators with story ideas that make a social impact will receive a start-up fund to support the beginning of their journey on the app.
