Most adolescents and young adults look forward to watching movies or series of the genre’s suspense, thriller, crime-related and more. The reason being the internal anxiousness has now become a pleasure.
To top it all off, Netflix is the hub of movies or series of the very same genre. Recently there has been a trend where people are addicted to documentary series that have crime or are of the thriller genre. This series is preferred a little more than fictional series or based on true events series.
On September 22, Netflix is releasing a documentary series called Crime Stories: India Detectives.
The series is based on how the Indian Police work together when in it time of a crime. The series is based on 4 crimes that had happened in the city of Bengaluru, Karnataka over the years. The reality hits the audience when watching the trailer, of how the work of the Indian police is extremely demanding.
We get to see a glimpse of how the Indian Police gives in their complete Mental Capacity and physical capacity. Their primary aim is to find the accused and give justice to the soul. The series will also give the audience a small glimpse of the mental trauma the Police go through while solving the crime cases.
It is indeed extremely hard to acknowledge that we live in a country where cases, where a daughter killed her mother or a one-and-a-half-year-old baby, is kidnapped. Both cases mentioned above are true incidents that had happened in the city of Bengaluru.
The documentary series also showcases how equally vulnerable and weak the Indian police feel as they acknowledge that some things aren’t in their hands. One of the police officers was seen mentioned in the trailer how a particular case has emotionally affected her.
In another instance, the police officer says how every second is extremely valuable. Here they display how they are not Gods but are showcasing the ability and courage of Gods above, trying to resolve every kind of problem the civilian faces.
The much-awaited series will be released at the end of September 2021. The series will educate us as a society where we stand and also how we should idolize our Police department for their selfless and courageous acts.
