 Noida International University has completed a festivity of Transnational Yoga Day on Friday, June 21, 2024, along with Mr. Ramnish Vatsa, Rubber Boy. The event, held at the Academic block brought together over 250 students and scholars along with faculty staff, and elders of colorful seminaries who laboriously took part in the Yoga session along with the Chief Guest Mr. Ramnish Vatsa, Brand Ambassador of Purusottam Ayurved who was conferred the Honour of Rubber Boy by Dr. Pranav Pandya. He was presented as the main Demonstrator at Rashtrapati Bhawan on Transnational Yoga Day alongside President Pranab Mukherjee. 

 

The principal guest was warmly welcomed by Prof.(Dr.) Uma Bhardwaj, Vice Chancellor of Noida International University along with Dr. Mukesh Parashar, Registrar of Noida International University where thanked him for accepting their invitation to give a live yoga session to the students.

 

Mr. Ramnish Vatsa on the occasion of International Yoga Day said, It’s great to see young minds’ dedication towards their health and fitness. “I am happy to interact with intellectuals on this auspicious occasion and guide them for yoga”.  

 

“We’re thrilled with the turnout and positive energy that filled the lot during our transnational Yoga Day festivity,” said Lt. Pratima Pandey, Director of Sports at Noida International University who coordinated the event.” The enthusiasm and participation from our community truly embodied the spirit of concinnity and heartiness that yoga promotes. We look forward to making this a periodic tradition.”

 

Yoga plays a crucial role in one’s life to energize and activate the body. It also helps students to stay focused and healthy. It helps to promote better posture, flexibility, stress management, and to have balance and coordination in life. It boosts memory and promotes mindfulness and a sense of well-being.
