Shri CS Venugopala Krishna garu, the Minister of Backward Classes Welfare, Public Relations, Information and Cinematography, of the Andhra Pradesh assembly, on 20 February, unveiled the winners of the first edition of Troo Good’s ‘Troo Fan’, in an event held at Rajahmundry. The event from India’s largest millet snack brand, Troo Good recorded entries from more than 5000 children, taking part in its first edition. The competition, was part of the brand’s annual event, being held to communicate to the children about the benefits of millet-based snacks or chikkis, as a nutritious, tasty, and affordable snacking option, while also making the brand more relatable to children, while building affinity.
Selling more than 6 Crore nutritious millet snack bars a month through multiple retail and institutional channels, Troo Good is a brainchild of Mr Raju Bhupati and his vision of providing tasty and affordable nutrition across the country. Founded in 2018, the brand adopts a symbiotic model, co-opting socially deserving communities, self-help groups, farmers, and multiple tribal denizens into its welfare fold.  
The ‘Troo Fan’ event witnessed the participation of students ranging from 5th to 10th graders, from over 200 schools. With an hour allotted to each participating school, the activity saw an unprecedented 5000 entries. Troo Good further established a dedicated communication line with the art teachers and principals to solve the participants’ queries, while also serving as a means for interactive communication throughout the competition. 
The activity held across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh had five winners from each of the states, who received prizes like, Samsung Tablets, Smartphones and Certificates of Merit from Shri CS Venugopala Krishna garu as well as Mr Raju Bhupati, Founder and CEO, Troo Good. The winners of the activity, chosen for their artistic excellence were:
P Naga Lakshmi (Class IX) of Saidabad
P Madhu Teja Sri (Class IX) of Thanam
N Krishna Veni (Class IX) of Machilipatnam
D Navadeep (Class VI) of Peruru
The annual talent spotting event will help Troo Good maintain a close relationship with the brand’s audience by informing them of the benefits of millet, while the spirit of the competition aids in effective brand recall. 
Speaking on the activity, Shri CS Venugopala Krishna garu, the Minister of Backward Classes Welfare, Public Relations, Information and Cinematography, of the Andhra Pradesh assembly, said, “I am extremely happy, that artistic talent at the school level is being recognised and nurtured by a brand like Troo Good. I’m also happy that the Troo Fan event has also given the brand their new logo. I also appreciate Troo Good and Mr Bhupati’s work on the business front, being a champion for our native Millet grain. The brand’s tenets of affordable nutrition is also something very close to my heart, making this association even more special
Speaking about the unveiling of the brand’s new logo, Mr Raju Bhupati, Founder and CEO, Troo Good, said, “I thank Shri CS Venugopala Krishna garu for unveiling and announcing the winners of the first edition of ‘Troo Fan’, and heartily congratulate the winners. This event is Troo Good’s effort to help popularise our native super grain, the millet.
