The homebound and closed room environments include a multitude of harmful contaminants that can affect children. People of all ages are suffering as a result of rising air pollution, but newborns and toddlers are more vulnerable because they are in a vulnerable developmental stage and rely on people to safeguard them. Children who have grown up in regions with high levels of air pollution may be susceptible to chronic illnesses such as cardiovascular disease, as well as other deadly diseases. O2 Cure’s awareness campaign aims to protect children both at home and away from home. As a result, you are helping to create a healthy future.
As part of the campaign, the company intends to arrange for IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) specialists to visit schools, societies, and community centers around the country to educate children, teachers, and parents about pollution prevention and to provide a sustainable design for a healthy atmosphere. The company will also utilize social and digital media to increase awareness about the program. As part of the campaign, several live chat sessions with health influencers and experienced specialists will be organized.
According to a WHO report, 1.8 billion children worldwide, or about 93 percent of all children under the age of 15, breathe toxic air every day, harming their health development and resulting in a tragic increase in death rates worldwide. Children, according to some research, only spend 7 hours a week outside on average, but they spend twice as much time indoors playing video games and doing other indoor activities. Another worrying aspect of the majority of these buildings is ventilation problems. The normal development of the brain, central nervous system, and other important organs is hampered by poor indoor air quality. Numerous chronic allergies and respiratory conditions, including asthma, are caused by indoor allergens.
