Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), part of the Anglian Omega Group, announced today that Mr. Vivek Dhawan is appointed as the Director – Sales, Marketing and Service and Ms. Nida Khanam as the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to strengthen its leadership team. This is announced at a time when the company is leaping towards the next stage of growth and aims to become the World’s largest electric three-wheeler manufacturer.
Ms. Nida Khanam, OSM’s new CHRO joins the OSM family when the company is expanding to new levels in terms of volume. Ms. Khanam will focus on strengthening the organizational culture and HR practices in the company with the objective to build Omega Seiki Mobility as an employer of choice.
Ms. Nida Khanam has more than 18 years of HR leadership & transformation experience. She is also an ACC-International Coaching Federation, USA. She has worked with leaders as an Executive Coach and Mentor. She is an IIM-C & AMU alumnus.
Appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer, Ms. Nida Khanam said that the vibrant and passionate people at OSM have been a reason for the company’s success and that she plans to build on that with people-centric practices and value-based transformation. Step one would be to align and build the human resources function & team to support the overall business goals and vision of OSM.
Appointed as Director – Sales, Marketing & Services, Mr. Vivek Dhawan is leading OSM’s sales and service network. With him on board, the company aims to expand to 400 touchpoints by March 2023 and create OSM as a leading company. Mr. Dhawan comes with nearly three decades of experience and has previously contributed to the success of several leading firms, including Siemens, Panasonic India, CG Power, Rockwell Automation, and Exicom.
