Onsitego vaccinates 70% employees

Onsitego has vaccinated 70 percent of its employees across the country and plans to vaccinate the remaining employees in the coming months.

Keeping the employees at the core of the business and to protect their health, Onsitego had voluntarily kept their employees away from the field during the recent outbreak of the second wave of the pandemic in the country. The company now has a staff strength of 1100 employees and the vaccination process is extended to their close family members as well.

Onsitego is the country’s leading post-sales service provider and offers Damage Protection, AMC Plans, Extended Warranty, and On-Demand Repair Services. They cover all home appliances and electronic devices. Their plans are widely available across retail stores and e-commerce marketplaces.

The vaccination process is being carried out in association with local health care providers in all main cities around the country. Those employees who have received vaccinations before or who wish to do so in the future can take use of this initiative to compensate the expense related to the vaccine dosage.

In addition, the organization has opted to go ahead with its “Onsitego Cares Fund,” which allows selected service partners to get interest free funds that may be repaid at any time, as well as employees to receive financial aid through the same program.

Employees who earn lower than the qualifying point are eligible for up to 7 days of compensation. This is not advance against salary and employees who utilize this fund are not asked to reimburse the amount.
