Organic milk introduced for the first time by Gabriel Foods

Jan 21, 2013: Who does not like to drink milk which is not chemically treated, is pure and organic? To catch in on the emotions of people who give a special preference to organic products, Gabriel Foods Pvt. Ltd, New York has introduced organic milk for the first time in th market. The highlight of this organic milk is that the cows giving milk are not given any antibiotics and even the feed which is given to them would have been grown without any pesticides.

The organic milk apart from being perceived to be healthier has 24% higher PUFA than the conventional milk and has higher shelf life. This milk can be sterilized at higher temperatures i.e. 280 degrees F unlike pasteurized milk which is sterilized only at 145 degrees F.
