It is humbling indeed when two iconic institutions such as the Indian Express Group and FICCI FLO – recognise one’s contribution to a segment as dynamic as travel. And winning it, in the wake of one of the most evolutionary times we have had to live through, is testimony to the resilience and fighting spirit of my industry colleagues and our patrons. As the segment evolves, we have some exciting times ahead.”
In a career spanning more than 15 years across industries, Pallavi has built a robust body of experience and expertise in designing solutions customised to ground conditions and insights drawn from each specific task.
