Craft Silicon and Karza Technologies have partnered to automate integration and verification with smart solutions to deliver an enjoyable customer experience for microcredit institutions.

Basic equipment integration describes a level of automation where the data acquired through integrated equipment is one-directional. Data is simply retrieved from the equipment by another system that facilitates the execution of production processes, perhaps a manufacturing execution system (MES).

Through this partnership, Craft Silicon aims to leverage Karza Technologies’ advanced KYC services, bank account verification, front-end interaction to provide user integration and verification solution fast, smooth and safe use for micro credit institutions.

It will further strengthen Craft Silicon’s resolve to provide a frictionless customer experience while ensuring the highest protection against fraud. Their commitment is a testament to the initiative and the joint ambition to significantly improve the onboarding experience for MFI customers.

Using advanced AI-based perception suite from Karza Technologies will help leverage features like face matching, name matching, and address matching thus helping to match accurate facial features and verify accounts real-time banking.
