6. What are your future expansion and funding plans?
We are already a 30+ member team, we plan grow our team rapidly. It’s just been over a year and we have already onboarded 40+ customers, across industries like sports, ecommerce, consumer goods. We are planning to add a lot of new channels and features into our platform and stay true to delivering an true omnichannel experience.

9. What are the challenges you have faced so far?
Since the inception of Factoreal, COVID crept in. We have not been able to get out in the market and evaluate the emotions of our customers when they use our product. The most effective way to sell someone on your product is to put the product in front of them and let them interact with it. Product demos and free trials show prospects exactly what product does and how it can alleviate their pain points. But, conducting a product demo via phone call or Skype session doesn’t compare to the benefits of a live demo.We have not been able to sit down with a customer or prospect in person, to demonstrate that we value their business by putting in the time and effort required for a face-to-face meeting.
10. What are the different sectors of clients that you cater to? Can you name a few names of the prominent brands that you are associated with?
From small business to enterprise, our tool is built for any size of business. We cater to Ecommerce, Retail, Consumer goods, healthcare, Sports Media & Entertainment, Travel and Hospitality, Fashion and luxury brands. While we cannot disclose our entire customer base due to business reasons. We have onboarded an IPL team, a couple of teams from the United Soccer League, a few baseball teams, and quite a few ecommerce companies.
