The Patiala Plate menu offers a selection of appetizers and main courses, showcasing the depth and diversity of Punjabi cuisine. Begin your journey with dishes like Sarson De Phool, a unique preparation of mustard flowers, and Achari Soya Tandoori, a tangy, spiced soya appetizer marinated in traditional pickle spices.

For the main course, indulge in a variety of vegetarian classics including Dal Amritsari, a creamy and rich lentil dish; Paneer Patiyala Shahi, a royal paneer preparation etc

For non-vegetarian enthusiasts, the festival presents signature Punjabi meat dishes that are sure to impress. Savour the succulent Bharwan Tangri, stuffed chicken drumsticks marinated to perfection, or indulge in the crispy Amritsari Machali, a marinated fried fish dish popular in Amritsar.
