The Company has changed its name to “PDS Limited” (subject to regulatory approval) to embody simplicity and agility.
PDS will continue to gain expertise from Deepak Seth, Non-Executive Chairman, and Pallak Seth, Non-Executive Vice-Chairman, who will continue to serve the PDS Board.
Further, Mr. Tarun Khanna a Jorge Paulo Lemann Professor at the Harvard Business School, and Faiza Seth is a part of PD’s advisory board. Additionally, Mr. Sunil Srivastav, ex-Dy. Managing Director
As a result, PDS’s new logo includes the word “Digital.” The company’s website was also recently updated to reflect its new and modern approach.
PDS has expanded its Board of Directors with the addition of two additional directors. PDS currently has five new Board of Directors as a result of this addition. The new Board of Directors will guide PDS into its next phase of expansion with its variety, experience, and worldwide perspectives.
Deepak Seth, Non-Executive Chairman, and Pallak Seth, Non-Executive Vice-Chairman, will continue to serve the PDS Board and benefit from their vast experience.
PDS’s Advisory Board also includes Mr. Tarun Khanna, a Jorge Paulo Lemann Professor at Harvard Business School, and Ms. Faiza Seth, co-Founder of PDS Multinational and ex-Lehman Brothers with an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Mr. Sunil Srivastav, ex-Dy. The Managing Director was also present.
