Jan 9, 2013: Peugeot which has been recently witnessing a lull in sales has unveiled its new vehicle Peugeot 2008 targeting the compact crossover segment and looking for a turnaround. Peugeot unveiled this model which it intends to sell across the world in France. The new model will be manufactured in Alscace region of France, Wuhan in China and Porto Real in Brazil. The company is planning to sell Peugeot 2008 in European countries, China and South America and also export it to Australia, South Africa, Russia, Turkey and Japan. Peugeot 2008 has got a very unique and eye catching design which will surely turn some heads turn and this model has been designed by the international styling team of Peugeot based in Sao Paulo, Paris and Shanghai. The vehicle has been positioned as a innovative city car.
