The animation industry is expanding at a quicker rate than ever before, thanks to children. Masha and the Bear, Peter Pan, Cinderella, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Winnie-the-Pooh are among the most popular animated series.

The beloved cartoon characters were gradually displaced by others  Shin Chan, Doraemon, and Pokemon as time and technology developed. Watching Cartoons is every kid’s favourite thing to activity. Cartoons can influence a child’s cognitive and behavioural development in both positive and harmful ways.

Pogo, a child’s entertainment network, has introduced a new Telegu Language service.

With the new Telugu voice service, POGO (WarnerMedia’s children’s entertainment television station) will be aired to more households in India. The additional feed means that one of the country’s leading brands of 100% native animation will enhance its appeal in southern Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The introduction of POGO’s Telugu language feed is a step toward offering local animation content to young viewers in their first language. This will be an excellent opportunity to introduce India to world-class animation and tales, commented by Abhishek Dutta, South Asia Network Head for Cartoon Network and POGO.

Kids and families can enjoy cartoons such as “Chhota Beem,” “Titoo-Har Jawaab Ka Sawal Hu,” one of the most popular comedy series on the air in recent years, and the original “Smashing Simmba,” inspired by Bollywood. I can do it. The very entertaining adventures of `Bandhbudh aur Budbak` will also be available in Telugu.

In Tamil and Hindi, POGO is already available. Pogo TV is an Indian cable and satellite television station that is owned by WarnerMedia’s International division and is the sister channel to Cartoon Network India.

Turner International India officially launched the Pogo channel on January 1, 2004. Tweenies, Beakman’s World, and Looney Tunes were the most popular series on the channel when it first aired.

Pogo primarily showed anime, as well as shows from the United States and other countries, as well as some Indian series. The station then turned its attention to Indian animation from 2019 to 2020.

With TRP in December 2020, Pogo TV became the third most-watched kid’s channel across all genres.

The channel has a comprehensive 360-degree, high-octane marketing strategy that encompasses digital marketing, PR influencer engagement, and brand integrations, as well as on-air activations. The channel has teamed up with ABCD Dance Factory to host a dance competition based on the title track of the show.
