Interweave Consulting has recruited Pothen Jacob as its Partner and Principal Consultant to assist executives across the board in revving their diversity efforts by establishing inclusive workplaces.
According to the firm, his employment would assist it in extending its portfolio of digital assets, which are scalable solutions in diversity and inclusion.
Interweave, a pioneer in DEI consultancy in India, is looking at expanding solutions to serve the demands of the border organisational ecosystem to be more inclusive, and this will also be one of the priority areas in 2022-23.
Pothen’s consulting skills will now assist the business in developing frameworks to deliver an integrated approach to diversity and inclusion solutions (D&I). To drive Interweave’s growth, he will also expand operations globally and offer complementary services.
He joins the firm from Aon, where he served as the Practice Head for Executive Compensation and Governance.

He has held critical positions at companies like Aon, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Corporate Executive Board (Gartner), Diageo, Dell, and Sapient throughout his illustrious career. He also has extensive experience in market research, communication, and engineering.
He has worked in consulting, research, and operations in various industries, focusing on organisational design and effectiveness, organisational transformation, change management, talent rewards and strategy, and so on.
