As the agency strives to expand, three senior leaders – Nazneen Joshi, Nikhil Kashyap, and Neelanjan Dasgupta – have been promoted to new positions.
RepIndia, one of India’s premier digital marketing agencies, has bolstered its management team with three new promotions. In an official release, the organization verified the promotion of title and duties for three senior leaders who’ve been essential protagonists in RepIndia’s prodigious progress over the past 5-6 years.
Nazneen Joshi was elevated to Senior Vice President of Business and Strategy (West). She has created and nurtured connections with several strong businesses during the last 6 years and contributed immensely to the establishment of RepIndia’s Mumbai office and ethos. She will be the regional leader for the Mumbai office in her new position. Nazneen’s experience will be focused on speeding revenue development, establishing new markets, and building company strategy.
Nikhil Kashyap has also been elevated to Vice President – Business & Strategy (North). Nikhil has helped the company drive towards operational excellence and promoted a positive working environment in the last five years. Nikhil will be responsible for expanding the customer base, driving competitiveness, establishing new market connections, and developing long-term growth plans in his new role.
In addition, Neelanjan Dasgupta has been promoted as Creative Head for the West wing of RepIndia. Neelanjan has more than 15 years of experience in the industry and is currently in his second full season with RepIndia. He has consistently developed praise-worthy campaigns, won bids, and has attracted some of the nation’s largest businesses to RepIndia’s doorstep. In his new post, he will be in charge of Rep India’s creative strategy across companies in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Kolkata.
The latest round of senior appointments at RepIndia focuses on maintaining the agency’s dynamism and broadening its marketing, innovation, and technology horizons.
