A veteran of 25 years in the ad sales industry, including leadership roles, Prrincey Roy co-founded Huella Services in 2021 with an aim to help brands identify online monetization opportunities, build networks and facilitate revenue growth. 

Having led ad sales verticals in leading organisations like the Times Group and Network18, Prrincey realised that there was a void in digital creative and media solutions. Brands often struggled to access visually captivating, interactive campaigns capable of truly resonating with modern audiences. 

And voila in 2021, Huella was born to elevate digital storytelling across India’s landscape by blending creativity and impactful engagement to help brands captivate and connect meaningfully with their audiences. Prrincey’s journey with Huella is a powerful example of female leadership—of shattering the glass ceiling and creating a bold new footprint in the digital landscape. In less than two years, Huella has already become a trusted guide for the country’s leading brands navigating complex and unique market dynamics, proving that a clear vision paired with relentless drive can transform an industry. 

Through Huella, she is not only bridging critical gaps in digital representation for global brands but also setting an inspiring standard for women entrepreneurs rising from India to lead on a global scale. Prrincey’s experience also made her realise a pressing need for a more inclusive and supportive work environment. She witnessed limitations for women in leadership and a disconcerting decline in diverse representation at the top. These experiences strengthened her resolve to establish Huella not only as a creative powerhouse but as a place where inclusivity, support, and collaboration flourish, empowering both our team and clients to reach new heights.

At Huella, Prrincey was joined by two of her ex-colleagues as co-founders, who specialised in strategy, sales, design, and technology. Together, they shaped an innovative portfolio tailored to the distinct needs of India’s market. From initial campaigns to forging strategic alliances, every step was taken with a singular mission: to deliver visually stunning, dynamic media and creative solutions that set new benchmarks in digital marketing.

Huella’s growth trajectory has been nothing short of remarkable. From humble beginnings, Huella has now expanded to a team of 23 professionals across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore, with a strong presence throughout India. Since inception, they have worked with over 175 brands like CRED, Zomato and Flipkart, who have used Huella’s creative digital solutions to add distinct value to their monetisation strategy. Huella’s collective expertise and dedication to excellence by delivering value to partner brands have driven over 150% year-on-year revenue growth. And the journey has just started.
