14th November 2023: Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur, one of the elegant properties of the world’s leading international chains of Radisson Hotels, marked the onset of the holiday season with fervor and excitement with its annual Cake Mixing ceremony. Led by Chef Manish Sharma, Executive Chef, the event was organized recently at Udaichowk.
The brand hosted its annual Cake Mixing workshop, dedicating it to the upcoming Holiday season. The event brought together participants from different walks of life for an interactive, educational and enriching experience.
For the ceremony, the property was transformed into a holiday haven with vibrant decor, holiday-themed music and an ambience resonating with the Christmas and holiday season. The attendees were provided with a carefully curated selection of premium ingredients, including exotic dried fruits, nuts, aromatic spices and high-quality spirits. They participated joyously in the traditional activity and had the opportunity to create their personalized concoctions as well, in addition to the sumptuous festive cakes. The ceremony concluded with high tea for the participants.
