Formerly known as Fort St. George, the bar soon turned into Chipstead, the sophisticated venue crafting unique cocktails. The legacy menu comprises signature cocktails that unite unexpected flavours into delicious drinks. The Classics Cocktail menu showcases the best from the years like French Pirate (Rum, Peach Purée, Champagne); The Classic (Sugar Cube, Angostura Bitters, Cognac, Champagne); Classic Margarita (Tequila, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice); Old Fashioned (Bourbon, Bitters, Sugar, Soda); Side Car (Cognac, triple sec, lemon juice); Cosmopolitan (Vodka, Triple Sec, Cranberry Juice, Lemon Juice); Madras Tender Coconut Martini (Vodka, Tender Coconut, Curry Leaves, Lemon Juice); Cancun Martini (Vodka, Coffee Liqueur); Singapore Sling (Gin, Triple Sec, Cherry Brandy, Bitters, Pineapple Juice, Lemon Juice, Grenadine); and Cuba Libre (White Rum, Lemon Juice, Cola).
