McDonald’s is an American-based fast-food chain, founded in the year 1940 and run by Richard and Maurice McDonald, in San Bernardino, California, United States. They started their business as a hamburger stand, and later into a franchise, with the Golden Arches logo introduced in 1953 at a place in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1955, Ray Kroc, a businessperson, joined the company as a franchise agent and went to buy the chain from the McDonald brothers. McDonald’s had its previous headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois, but shifted its global headquarters to Chicago in June 2018.
McDonald’s is the world’s largest restaurant chain by revenue, serving over sixty-nine million customers (about twice the population of California) daily in over a hundred countries across 37,855 outlets as of 2018. McDonald’s provides us with its finest hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and French fries, although their menus include other items like chicken, fish, fruit, and salads.
The ad is produced by DDB Mudra Group India and is for the McSpicy fried chicken.
Rashmika Mandanna, an Indian actor, stars in another ad for McDonald’s McSpicy Fried Chicken. In the ad, she takes a bite of the chicken and is surprised to find it spicy inside and out. She says that at first, she did not believe the claim, but now she does, and so she also believes she can fly.
She also starred in a small six-second ad encouraging users to download the McDelivery app so that the food can be ordered from the QSR outlet, which they promote often.
Rashmika Mandanna has gained pan-India attraction since the hit of the Telugu movie Pushpa. She has starred in numerous ads for McDonald’s in the past, most of them advertising McDonald’s fried chicken, McSpicy chicken, and the delivery app.
She also teamed with McDonald’s to make a celebrity meal that people in South India could order.
Rashmika also took part in an activity with McDonald’s where she worked as a delivery person – delivering food to unsuspecting customers, dressed in the uniform of a McDonald’s delivery person.
