Three innovators were recognised for targeted hygiene solutions based on a competitive evaluation process.

Last year, Reckitt with its initiative ‘inGen’ invited applications from the next generation of Indian innovators to showcase their solutions for targeted hygiene needs. From the numerous applications received, 14 start-ups were shortlisted, who got an opportunity for deep domain and business mentorship by experts from both Reckitt & TiE.

After a rigorous process and a jury round, top 3 innovators were selected from the shortlisted applications. The winners have gone ahead to win cash rewards (1st Prize – Rs.5 lakhs, 2nd Prize – Rs.3 lakhs, 3rd Prize – Rs.2 lakh), an opportunity to explore partnership with Reckitt & complimentary membership of TiE Delhi-NCR.

Commenting on the occasion, Kapil Pillai, Regional Marketing Director, South Asia – Hygiene, Reckitt, said, “With the Reckitt inGen Challenge, we reinforced our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness and nourishment a right, and not a privilege. The initiative provided us with an opportunity to connect with entrepreneurs and innovators in the health and hygiene space. Heartiest congratulations to all the winners of the ‘inGen Challenge’.”
