Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) and Indian Olympic Association (IOA) have entered into a long-term partnership to upraise the performances of Indian athletes.
In order to support the national sports federations and build the credentials of India as a global sporting nation, with an endeavor to host the Olympic Games in the future.Reliance has assured to support Indian athletes in major multi-sport events including the Commonwealth Games, Asian Games and the Olympics Games.
Furthermore, The Olympic hospitality houses are a games tradition, and India’s first Olympic House at Paris 2024 Olympics will be a historical event. Establishing this home away from home and exhibiting India to the world at the summit event of world sport is an another example of Reliance Industries Limited(RIL) dedication to the Olympic movement.
Nita M. Ambani the, International Olympic Member (IOC) and director of Reliance Industries Ltd has pointed out that “It is our dream to see India take centre stage in the global sporting arena. We are excited to host the first-ever India House at the Paris Olympic Games in 2024. It will be a great opportunity to showcase India’s immense talent, potential, and aspiration to the world.”
About the Olympic Hospitality House
Nations from across the world enhance their Olympic Movement involvement during the Olympic Games, with the official Olympic Hospitality House that gives the millions of fans and travelers a vision and an understanding of the country and also serves as an avenue to engage officials and to support the sports people and their families and the public. In the year of 2016 whereas Rio Olympics was held, Above 50 nations had set up their country-specific Hospitality House, bringing to the games a combination of their country’s cultural and sporting history. The 2024 Paris Olympics will have India’s first house.
