Reliance Jio, the largest mobile network operator in India on this Wednesday has announced the launch of 5G services in Uttarakhand starting from Dehradun. The company said-From January 11, 2023, onwards, all Jio consumers in Dehradun will be able to avail Jio Welcome Offer which will offer its users the experience of unlimited data at up to 1 Gbps+ speed at no additional cost.
Apart from the investment of 4950 crores, the company will invest an additional amount of 650 crores on the deployment of a stand-alone 5G network in Uttarakhand.
Jio True 5G will deliver plenty of opportunities and enriching experiences for the citizens as well as tourists of Uttarakhand. The 5G technology will provide various transformational benefits to its users and will prove to be a real game changer. It has numerous advantages for the government sector as well. It will connect the citizens and governments on a real-time basis and play a major role in the implementation of various government policies. With the help of this technology, we can improve the efficiency of government-implemented schemes through which even the last-mile user can avail of the benefits of these government schemes. Besides this, On Monday, Reliance Jio announced the launch of its 5G services in 10 more cities across four states.
