Ananda’s Senior Vice President Mr. Suman De where he referred to Mamata Banerjee as a
‘completely corrupt’ politician in a direct attack. Abhijit Gangopadhyay said: “Primary education has been sold out in the market.”
Mr. Abhijit Gangopadhyay put forward the BJP’s ‘roadmap’ for West Bengal in the exclusive interview. He claimed, “Atrocities against women will stop in Bengal when the BJP comes to power as Bengal will receive good governance. Corruption and the practice of ‘cut money’ will be eliminated from the system and industry will flourish.” On 3rd March, 2024, ABP Ananda broke the exclusive news of Abhijit Gangopadhyay’s intentions of resigning from his post of a judge at the Calcutta High Court and stepping into politics.
