Through a design-first approach, River aims to make a positive impact on the everyday lives of people . This use of the platform is driven by the need to overcome product development, design and production-related hurdles such as issues related to data duplication, lack of revision control, lack of a single platform for collaboration, difficulty in tracking and retrieving old data, and more.
The 3DEXPERIENCE platform on the cloud offers a 360-degree product development ecosystem combining advanced designing and styling capabilities along with user-friendly simulation, product lifecycle management, and virtual twin technology for a more efficient and sustainable design process. The platform’s 3D modelling and virtual reality (VR) technology is playing an incremental role in efficiently communicating design ideas, resulting in more productive collaborations across departments.
